Are your products ready to ship?

Yes! All of the products at Whispering Pine Apothecary are pre-made and ready to ship. We do not accept pre-orders at this time.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is based on how much you order. I know shipping can be a drag so all orders over $100 get free shipping, and I always refund the amount if I find it cheaper for you. Whispering Pine Apothecary does not offer international shipping at this time.

Is there a cart hold?

Whispering Pine Apothecary does not offer cart holds at this time

Do you ever combine orders?

We will combine orders if orders are placed on the same day. One of the shipping costs are refunded back to you with 48hrs of purchases.

Can I make changes to my order?

Once your order is complete, there is no way to change your order, so please double check your order before submitting.

What is your turn around time?

The turn around time is usually 3-7 business days depending on weather, holidays ect. You will get an email confirmation with that information

Do you accept refunds?

Whispering Pine Apothecary believes in great customer service! With that being said I do accept refunds only if the products were damaged in transit. You need to contact me within 24hrs of receiving your orders at kbreynolds30@hotmail.com with photos of the box and product you're requesting a refund on. I do not give refunds on lost or stolen packages.
